It is an organization that strives to end world hunger and poverty by helping build sustainable communities. It does this by offering different animals for sale. For example, you can buy a family in another country a sheep in the name of your mother or your best friend. Many communities depend on sheep for their wool. What about a buying a flock of geese for a family in need of eggs? There are several animals and price ranges from which to choose. You can make these donations in someone's name and get a card that explains the gift. What a great gift for someone who has everything! I think this is a really great idea. Sometimes, you just don't need anymore stuff, so instead you can help someone who really needs it.
