Seriously though, I just read in a magazine that researchers in England and Australia reviewed studies on being social and they confirmed that it makes you happier, boosts your memory, and can improve recovery from illness or stroke. They said that interacting with a group is important for mental functioning, health, and well-being. So call your girlfriends and plan a night out, quick! Your life depends on it!
