Trend Watch: Fringe

Fringe is hot for fall! You'll find it everywhere...clothes, handbags, jewelry, scarves, and even shoes. I didn't think I could ever really love fringe, but this first pair of Steve Madden shoes is on my must have list.

Fringe is alot like fray...I use to know a girl that would nearly drop to the floor and faint everytime she came in contact with fray...and roosters.
